Potluck is getting CONNECTED! with

PiP Newsletters, Calendars and What's Happening?
All under one roof!

Dear Potluck in the Park Volunteers,

Great news!  Starting Monday, February 25, 2008, Potluck in the Park will have a complete, one-stop-shop online community.  Through online services provided by Big Tent, our grass roots organization will be able to keep you up to date with the PiP Volunteer Newsletter, PiP Calendar of Events and Group News.  There is even a place to share your favorite PiP recipes. 

Why? We are making this switch to Big Tent for two key reasons: to make sure we have sustainable technology supporting PiP now and in the future, and to have an interactive platform for supporting the volunteers of PiP. The PiP / Big Tent Volunteer Site will make it easier to organize volunteers each week.  Also, help with the huge task of preparing for the annual BBQ and Christmas Dinner events.  Big Tent has a very strict privacy policy and does not sell, rent or give user information to ANY third parties.

How it works: All volunteers and others who have expressed interest will receive an email invitation from Big Tent / Potluck soon.  Simply follow the easy instructions in the invitation. We would like everyone to respond to the invitations by March 7, 2008.

This will help PiP as we prepare for a very busy spring and summer season. We look forward to welcoming you to Potluck in the Park’s new online Volunteer site soon!
